Who is actually compounding it.
Trimix is not a manufactured, off-the-shelf drug — every vial is mixed by a compounding pharmacy, so the pharmacy behind your clinic matters as much as the clinic itself. In California, that pharmacy must be licensed to dispense in the state, and the quality of the sterile compounding practice determines the consistency of your dose.
RespondWell fills its Trimix through The Pharmacy Hub. Per available sources, Invigor uses Ambrosia Pharmacy, a lesser-known compounder operating out of Palm Desert, California — a smaller name than the large national 503A/503B outfits most telehealth clinics contract with.
Neither arrangement is disqualifying, but you should know which one you are buying from. Ask the clinic to confirm the pharmacy in writing, verify it holds a current California license, and ask whether the concentration is standardized across refills.
