Which telehealth clinic actually has the cheapest Trimix injections? Cost per mL is the only number that answers it.
Shift work, cardiovascular medications, chronic stress, and disrupted sleep all take a toll on a first responder's sexual health — and erectile dysfunction shows up in police officers and firefighters at rates well above the general population. Trimix (a compounded blend of papaverine, phentolamine, and alprostadil) is one of the most effective on-demand treatments available, but pricing across telehealth providers is all over the map. A vial that looks “cheap” up front can actually cost more per dose than a competitor charging a higher sticker price.
We pulled current pricing from six telehealth providers that ship Trimix and ran the numbers down to cost per milliliter — the only number that actually tells you what you're paying.

Price per mL is what matters.
A 5mL vial and a 2.5mL vial priced within $50 of each other look similar on the surface, but the cost per dose can differ by more than double. The ranked breakdown:

The lowest per-mL cost in this comparison by a wide margin, and the only provider offering discounted recurring refills ($40/mL on the monthly plan), as well as a 90-day supply (15 mL) option for $475.

A 5mL vial at $229 after a recent price cut — the second-lowest per-mL cost here and the cheapest option outside RespondWell.

Larger 5mL vial keeps the per-mL cost competitive, just behind Invigor.

UNBUNDLED PRICING · NOT ALL-INCLUSIVE
Every provider in the ledger above quotes a price that gets the vial to your door. Some other well-known sources look cheaper on the medication line alone, but bolt on memberships, consultation fees, or shipping that only show up at checkout — so we left them out of the per-mL ranking rather than compare unlike numbers.
- RX Buyer’s Club — lists comparable Trimix around $151, but adds a $59/year membership and a $96 physician consultation before the first vial ships.
- Defy Medical — around $150 for the vial, plus a separate ~$99 annual consultation and $30–$50 shipping.
- Local compounding pharmacies (e.g. PenCol) — often the cheapest sticker price on the medication itself, but you have to bring your own prescriber and coordinate the pharmacy yourself. Weigh the savings against office visit copays, deductibles, and your time. Insurance does not usually cover Trimix, so most of that cost lands out of pocket regardless.
Why vial size only helps if you use it
USP compounding guidelines typically give a punctured multi-dose vial a 28-day beyond-use date. Once you break the stopper, the clock starts — whatever is left at day 29 gets discarded, no matter what you paid for it.
For T-105 Trimix, a typical maximum dose is about 50 units (0.5 mL). That means a 5 mL vial holds roughly ten max doses, and a 2.5 mL vial roughly five. If you use Trimix a few times a month, a large discounted vial may expire with most of it unused, and the smaller vial is the better real-world value. If you use it eight or ten times a month, the big vial’s lower cost per mL is genuine savings. Best value depends on your actual frequency, not the sticker price.
