    Magnesium, Zinc, and Vitamin D: The Shift Worker Micronutrient Stack Every Police Officer and Firefighter Needs


    You pull 12-hour shifts. You rotate between days and nights. You eat when you can, sleep when you’re allowed, and push through exhaustion because the job demands it. That kind of schedule doesn’t just wear on your mind — it quietly depletes three micronutrients that your body needs to sleep, recover, regulate hormones, and stay healthy long-term.
